Primary Job Role:
Classical brand manager of consumer goods preferably from FMCG industry with experience in seasonal products.

Will be reporting into Marketing Head and will be responsible for following:

  • Overall branding of Paper and Non-Paper products
  • Conceptualizing and implementing positioning strategies
  • Managing agencies- advertising, media, PR, creative
  • Provide leadership support for promotional support for product launch and marketing initiatives

Responsibilities:
Major Duties:
1. Co-ordinate with marketing agencies and ensure effective decision making
2. Plan and execute marketing campaigns including both ATL and BTL activities
3. Responsible for marketing activities such as budget finalization, budget allocation, event planning etc.
4. Extensive market visits to gather feedback for brand and promotions
5. Support in PR campaigns for the company, including content development and campaign execution
6. Responsible to plan and execute new products launch campaigns, monitor sales progress and feedback
7. Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
8. Assist in analyzing marketing data to help shape future marketing strategies

Primary Job Role:
1. Analyzing and Monitoring Accounts on a daily basis
2. Monitoring Accounts related compliance
3. Analyzing Sales and Other data on a continuous basis
4. Implementing Accounts receivable Credit Control Policies on ongoing basis
5. Developing MIS and other reports
6. Preparing Budgets and doing Variance Analysis
7. Expenses Management in line with the Cost Centre Controls of the division

Secondary Job Role:
1. Interacting with Inter Departments to ensure accounts related compliance.
2. General Ledgers/ Receivables/ Payables scrutiny on a regular basis
3. Generating Inventory and other reports and Ageing analysis
4. Travel to factory locations as and when required.

Results:
1. Analyzing and generating the report based on Ledger Scrutiny and other reports.

Primary Job Role:
We are looking for a .Net developer to build software using languages and technologies of the .NET framework. You will create applications from scratch, configure existing systems and provide user support.
In this role, you should be able to write functional code with a sharp eye for spotting defects. You should be a team player and excellent communicator. If you are also passionate about the .NET framework and software design/architecture, we’d like to meet you.
Your goal will be to work with internal teams to design, develop and maintain software.

Responsibilities:
1. Producing code using .NET languages (C#, VB .NET)
2. Upgrading, configuring and debugging existing systems
3. Providing technical support for web, desktop or mobile applications
4. Test and deploy applications and systems
5. Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
6. Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle

Preferred Personality Profile:
1. Proven experience as a .NET Developer
2. Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns
3. Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
4. Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
5. Understanding of Agile methodologies
6. Attention to detail

Education:
·BE(IT), MCA, BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

Experience:
At least 1-2 years of experience as ASP.NET programmer
