Primary Job Role:
Classical brand manager of consumer goods preferably from FMCG industry with experience in seasonal products.

Will be reporting into Marketing Head and will be responsible for following:

  • Overall branding of Paper and Non-Paper products
  • Conceptualizing and implementing positioning strategies
  • Managing agencies- advertising, media, PR, creative
  • Provide leadership support for promotional support for product launch and marketing initiatives

2.Conceptualizing and driving marketing initiatives

Responsibilities:
Major Duties:
1.Co-ordinate with marketing agencies and ensure effective decision making
2.Plan and execute marketing campaigns including both ATL and BTL activities
3.Responsible for marketing activities such as budget finalization, budget allocation, event planning etc.
4.Extensive market visits to gather feedback for brand and promotions
5.Support in PR campaigns for the company, including content development and campaign execution
6.Responsible to plan and execute new products launch campaigns, monitor sales progress and feedback
7.Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
8.Assist in analyzing marketing data to help shape future marketing strategies
9.Monitor and report on competitors marketing and promotional activities

1.Must have led brand of reasonable scale and reputation
2.Capability to handle a marketing team

Beneficial Strengths:

Education:
Bachelors / Masters in mass media degree with at least 3-4 years of experience

Experience:
4+ years of experience in consumer goods industry preferably from FMCG with experience in seasonal products.
