Navneet Publications (India) Limited (NPIL), a leading educational book publishers have announced excellent results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2003.

The turnover of the Company for the quarter increased from Rs.33.04 crores to Rs.36.64 crores, a top line growth of 11%. The operating profit increased from Rs.5.21 crores to Rs.7.18 crores. The profit before tax shot-up by 80% from Rs.2.52 crores to Rs.4.54 crores. After providing higher tax of Rs.1.76 crores (as against Rs.0.76 crores), the Profit After Tax increased by 58% from Rs.1.76 crores to Rs.2.74 crores.
