NAVNEET DECLARES SECOND INTERIM DIVIDEND

Navneet Publications (India) Ltd., a Leading Educational Book Publishers of the Country has declared Second Interim Dividend for the current fiscal of 40%. The Company already had paid First Interim Dividend of 60% in November 2006 making the total Dividend for the current fiscal of 100%. The Company has fixed 16th March 2007 as the “Record Date” for the purpose of ascertaining the Members entitled to receive the Second Interim Dividend of 40%.

The total aggregate dividend declared by the Company for the current fiscal amounts to Rs.19.06 Crores.
