The Turnover has increased from Rs.3716 Lacs to Rs.5085 Lacs. The Profit Before Tax has increased from Rs.383 Lacs to Rs.453 Lacs and after providing for taxation of Rs.160 Lacs (as against Rs.140 Lacs in the corresponding quarter) the Profit After Tax has increased by 20.57% from Rs.243 Lacs to Rs.293 Lacs.

The Board of Directors of the Company has announced Interim Dividend of 50% for the Current Year.
