- The Board of Directors has taken on record, the aforesaid results at its meeting held on 21st October, 2005.
- The Auditors of the company have carried out Limited Review of the aforesaid result.
- In view of seasonal nature of business, financial results of this quarter of the year are not representative of the operations of the company as a whole.
- Figures are regrouped wherever necessary.
- The Board announced 1st interim dividend of 50% for the current year.
- During the quarter, the company received 13 (Thirteen) complaints which have been resolved. There were no investor complaints pending either at the beginning or at the end of the quarter.
