The Board of Directors has taken on record, the aforesaid results at its meeting on 21st July, 2005.

The Auditors of the company have carried out the limited review of the aforesaid result.

In view of seasonal nature of business, financial results of this quarter of the year are not representative of the operations of the year as a whole.

Figures are regrouped wherever necessary.

Interest and Financial income includes an amount of Rs. 36 lacs on account of translation of foreign currency loans and forward a cover as against loss of Rs. 564.17 lacs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
-
The Board has approved amalgamation of its subsidiary Navneet Publications (India) Ltd., with effect from 30th June, 2005, subject to necessary approvals.
-
During the quarter, the company received 2 (two) complaints which have been resolved. There were no investor complaints pending either at the beginning or at the end of the quarter.
