The Board of Directors has taken on record the aforesaid results at its meeting held on 31st July, 2007.

The auditors of the company has carried out Limited Review of the aforesaid result.

Interest and financial income includes gain of Rs. 66 lacs on account of translation of foreign currency loans and forward covers as against loss of Rs. 47 lacs in the corresponding period.

In view of seasonal nature of business, financial results of this quarter of the year are not representative of the operations of the company as a whole.

Figures are regrouped wherever necessary.

During the quarter, the company received 25(twenty five) complaints which have been resolved. There were no investor complaints pending either at the beginning or at the end of the quarter
