1. The Board of Directors have taken on record, the aforesaid results at its meeting held on
30th April, 2005.

The Auditors of the company have carried out Limited Review of the aforesaid result.
-
The Board announced 2nd Interim Dividend of 25% for the current year.
-
The other expenditure for the current periods as compared to corresponding periods are higher mainly on account of translation of foreign currency loans and forward covers as per AS 11.
-
In view of seasonal nature of business, financial results of the quarter of the year are not representative of the operations of the company as a whole.
-
Figures are regrouped wherever necessary.
-
During the quarter, the company received one compaint which has been resolved. There were no investor complaints pending either at the beginning or at the end of the quarter.
