In view of seasonal nature of business, financial results of this quarter of the year are not representative of the operations of the company as a whole.

The honorable Bombay high court has approved merger of Navneet Publications (India) Limited with the Company effective from 30th June 2005 and effect of the merger is given in accounts of the Company.

Figures are regrouped wherever necessary.

During the quarter, the company received 16 complaints which have been resolved. there were no investor complaints pending either at the beginning or at the end of the quarter,
