1, The above results were reviewed by the audit commitee and taken an record by the board of directors at the meeting held on 31 July,2008..
2, The auditors of the Company have carried out limited review of the aforsaid result.
3,Intrest and financial income included loss of 158 lac on account of translation foreign currency loss,forward covers and other financial instrument as against gain of Rs. 66 lac in the corresponding period.
4,In view of seasonal nature of business financial results of this quarter of the year are not representative of the operation of the company as a whole.
5,Figures are regrouped whenever necessary.
6, During the quarter, the company received 21 (Twenty One) complaints which have been resolved.There were no invester complaints pending either at the beginning or at the end of the quarter.
