Toral Shah, a Dietitian & Nutritionist by profession always wanted to teach young children about healthy eating habits; as she recognizes the importance of adequate nutrition for building a strong foundation of health at a very young age.

As a mother she knows the difficulty in making children eat nutritious food. To help parents achieve this, Toral has developed a series of books, ‘Kids Food Planet’ (KFP) with the help of Navneet Education Limited. In this series, she shares with children and more so their parents some secrets of good food. She helps recognize the importance of adequate nutrition for building a strong foundation of health at a very young age.
